Do I need a reservation to host a birthday party?

Yes, for groups with 10 or less guests check out our lounge and cabana reservations. For Groups of 20 people or more contact our Events Team.

Can I bring a cake?

If you have a private event reservation please contact your event coordinator for details. Without a private event reservation, the charge for an outside cake is $20 for anyone bringing in a cake at any time. You will be charged at the host stand upon entering the building.

We require that you provide your own plates, napkins and utensils. If you do not have plates, napkins, or utensils, you will also be charged an additional $20 for needing our items. This will be collected at our host stand as well.

Does it cost to make a reservation?

Non-event reservations (Lounges and Cabanas) have a $50 deposit to reserve. The $50 deposit will be added back to the final bill. Private Event deposits are custom, please reach out to our Events Team to learn more.

Does Game Terminal offer anything for the birthday person?

Yes, we have a giant prize wheel that the birthday person gets to spin. Prizes vary from sticker up to a $250 gift card.

Can we decorate the table?

Yes, you can decorate the small coffee table in the center of our lounges and cabanas. Examples: Weighted balloon bouquets and Small Tabletop decor. No Staples, nails/screws, Push Pins/tacks, or tape can be used. No banners. All decorations must be removed at the end of your reservation.
