Bio F.R.E.A.K.S.

Created in 1998, Bio F.R.E.A.K.S. takes place in a futuristic United States where the country has fallen into disarray and has been broken into territories controlled by corporate entities. In order to determine which territory will maintain control over the fractured territories, each region will submit a champion known as a Biological Flying Robotic Enhanced Armored Killing Synthoid (Bio F.R.E.A.K.S.) to battle each other. Whichever champion comes out victorious will gain control over Neo-Amerika for their territory. Using a mix of hand-to-hand combat and longer-range weapons, this game feels much like Mortal Kombat, where each champion possesses unique strengths and weaknesses that can suit any player. Unlike Mortal Kombat, though, this game takes place in a 3d environment, allowing for multidirectional movement and added gameplay complexity.
